Rent O Rent !

Today we have to give our Deposite to our great owner SAHIB, prevoiusly it is used to call as PAGADI, some mistaken it as Pagadi (Traditional Maharashtrian cap) , but it seems that it will left us with only tradotional Pagadi with no money ...

To get avail this money one of had to apply for loan and rest have to empty the pockets by going through secret drawers,bags,envelopes and after drying out all we had to contact onsite friend for money, its really disgusting!

To avoid brokerage we went to each and every watchman to sniff any opportunity for flat, now we are so much consistant in frequent trips to gate office that any dog at any
society don't even give a piece of shit at us like we are (collegues) of these watchman!

More over I was able to see in eyes of people residing in society as if they are either looking at stray dog (khujaliwala kutta to be more specific) and refrainig themselfs to say HAD HAD(ussed as gate out for dog) or a member of CHADDI BANIYAN gang

We have tried to a ph. number of owner of a empty flat through watchman (offcourse bribing is essential part in local slang CHIRIMIRI / CHAHA PANI) , and these watchmans are so tech savy & advanced (read so well earned) that he pulled out his 6600 to call owner while i was feeding no in my good old 3315 ,

So today we will try to negotiate MAMA (read: Villion) with saying we not in the best paying company for job and blah blah!(remember barganinig with traffic cop) formaly we use to emotionally blackmail saying we are student, but thanks to MANGALSUTRA (id batdges) provided to us we can not be quack any more.
lets see what happens, keep fingures crossed........

House hunting !

From 2-3 days we were busy finding a new CHAPPER for living and my god the rates in pune has gone so high that you can predict source all the money flowing freely in Share Market. One Bhk is for 6000/7500 and what aminities you will get bathroom having 24 hr tap (who asked u for water?) worn out gyser for which defination of hot water is "water having temrature anything above absolute zero, broken sofa which is not able to sustain a mouseful (weight of some mice new word !!) of load, 'Bull shit'"' Don't ask abot colour of walls too, because owner have declered prize for that! A beautiful mosaic created by fungus (thanks to down por in july)
May all tenants rest in peace (if they got any place) .... Amen

Doing Unix-- Oh my god!

I have never thougt in my entire engineering (before that too) that i will be doing something like this in software,
Being a Mechanical Engg i have always laguhed at my counter parts doing computer, typing something for whole day without moving from chair (i'm doing that now! shit)
Since two days we are trying to do some unix hands on, actually i have taken DB migration thinking that atleast I will get white screen to work (i had option to choose bet unix,EMS etc.)
But there is saying Man proposed and God Disposes, so it's here i'm doing unix shell scripting
May my soul (of Mech engg) rest in peace ....Amen
